Experimental and Numerical Study on the Permeation Grouting Diffusion Mechanism considering Filtration Effects

Permeation grouting estimation is important for the design of engineering. Filtration effects and rheological behavior play a key role in permeation diffusion cement-based grouts. To better understand effect filtration grout on mechanism, one-dimensional injections sand columns under constant flow rate were performed by self-developed experimental procedure. Experimental results showed that there dramatic variations parameters porosity along distance. However, changed slightly with time each position. Based results, numerical model considering was established to describe mechanism porous media. In addition, solutions from proposed are compared results. The comparative method can match laboratory tests well. Finally, velocity water/cement ratio also discussed.
